Hanshi Danny McCall 
Hanshi McCall is a 9th degree Black Belt
and the Executive Director of AKANA.
He has also won most every major Martial
Arts tournament in the country, and was
on the only kickboxing team ever to beat
Chuck Norris's kickboxing team.  He is the founder of
The American Freestyle Karate Black Belt
Club in Denver North Carolina.

Shihan Shaw successfully completed the "Glass Walk" on September 26th at "The Gathering" in Sacramento California.
The "Glass Walk" is an American Karate Academies National Association Martial Arts Mental & Physical Challenge.
It is designed to strengthen the Spirit of the Martial Artist within yourself, and inspire the students who follow.

Grand Master Jutnick is the promoter of "The Gathering".

Grand Master Jerry C Piddington the "Untamed Lion"
instructs on the proper method of working on the infamous
"Maka Wari".
Grand Master Jerry C Piddington is the founder of the American
Karate Academies National Association, and in the 60's and 70's
won every major Martial Arts tournament in the country in both
Sparring and Kata.
He is an accomplished stunt man, and has performances in movies
such as "Quest", and "Blood Sport II".
Grand Master Piddington is revered by many as being the "Best"
Martial Artist to ever put on a Gi!
